Torikaya Comes to Chattanooga

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Torikaya, a chef-driven Japanese restaurant, will open in downtown Chattanooga in February of 2026.

Torikaya shares that this restaurant is chef-driven and will be led by a chef-executive from Los Angeles.

The restaurant is owned and operated by Carlos and Eunice Cal.

The new addition to Chattanooga will be located at 1120 Houston Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37402.
