Trash Pandas Rally For Eight Runs in the 9th Inning to Beat the Lookouts 10-8

Chattanooga-(WDEF-TV) The Chattanooga Lookouts carried an 8-2 lead into the top of the 9th on Friday against Rocket City, and they saw the Trash Pandas score eight runs in the inning to pull off a 10-8 victory. Arol Vera hit a grand slam in that 9th inning for the Trash Pandas that delivered the winning run. Lookouts enjoyed back-to-back homers from Ruben Ibarra and Quincy McAfee in the fourth inning to give Chattanooga a 3-2 lead. Ibarra had three RBI’s on the night along with teammate Bubba Thompson. Game took three and-a-half hours to complete with just over 3,900 in the house at AT&T Field.
