Travel the world from home with the Creative Discovery Museum

News 12’s Amelia Greer joins Mackenzie Steele to share details on the Creative Discovery Museum’s newest exhibit that focuses on Italy’s culture and architecture with ‘Ciao Bambini!’ 

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – A new year means a new exhibit and new adventures at the Creative Discovery Museum!

There’s no need to have a passport to experience Italy’s beautiful culture with the new ‘Ciao Bambini’ exhibit! The exhibit explores Tuscany, Italy where attendees can make pretend pasta, scoop gelato, visit a traditional Italian home, and learn some Italian phrases. The exhibit runs from January 17 through May 3.

Even though it’s cold outside, it’s never too early to consider continuing your child’s education during spring break. Spring camp registration has begun with it following the Hamilton County Schools schedule running through March 16-20 and the 23rd. Kids can attend for multiple days or just one.

Campers will get to explore the museum, experience exclusive lessons, go on a walking visit to a nearby attraction, and more!
