Tree crushes car and damages home in Red Bank

RED BANK, Tennessee (WDEF) – Quite a wake up call in Red Bank this morning.

A homeowner got her first look at the damage from a massive tree that fell during the night in the 2200 block of Ashmore Avenue.

It smashed her car and damaged the house, but no one was injured.

The owner believe the tree split in half during a wind gust.

The tree was on the neighbor’s property, but the house is vacant and up for sale.

So she’s afraid she will be stuck with the bill.
