Trenton man to serve consecutive life sentences after sexually abusing a minor
A Trenton man has been convicted on charges of sexually abusing a minor after a trial before a Dade County jury.
36-year-old Randall Dakota Wallin has been convicted of Aggravated Child Molestation, Aggravated Sexual Battery and two counts of Child Molestation.
According to the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office, evidence showed that officially responded to a report of sexual abuse at a residence on Casey Road.
They say the minors in the residence were removed from the home after the discovery that they were living in “deplorable conditions” and that one minor made a statement about being sexually abused by Wallin.
After an investigation and interviews with the Children’s Advocacy Center in Fort Oglethorpe, the victim disclosed the abuse occurred when they were 13-years-old.
On April 29, 2026, Wallin was sentenced to consecutive life sentences in prison.
He will not be eligible for parole until 60 years of the sentence has been served.
