Pace’s body was found in a suitcase on the side of Suck Creek Road.

This morning at a brief hearing at the Hamilton County Courthouse, the prosecution and defense came to an agreement on a trial date for June 11, 2024.

Hamilton County District Attorney General Coty Wamp said during the hearing, “The State continues to provide discovery. I think at this point we’ve transferred information and evidence on 10 junk drives to Mr. Chen’s attorney.”

This will be preceded by pre-trial motion hearings in January.

Chen continues to be held at the Hamilton County Jail on a $5 million bond.
