Truck Stuck in East Ridge Tunnel This Morning

        This is what caused the traffic delays and detours this morning around the East Ridge Tunnel.
        A semi-driver thought he could make it, but he didn’t.
        He ended up scraping his cab and blowing four tires.
        The truck was heading into Chattanooga.
        Eventually he had to be towed out of the tunnel.
