Planet Fitness trainer Shannon Deboef shows off some Functional Training exercises that work out multiple muscle groups and joints for everyday life.
Example exercises include a squat that can include a weight, a simple lunge, and a plank. The exercises can improve speed, strength, balance, and agility.
