Two from Indiana killed in Highway 111 crash

The Tennessee Highway Patrol has issued their report on a deadly crash on Cagle Mountain on June 19, 2026.

The crash occurred around 2 p.m.

The report shows an SUV crossed the center line and hit a tractor trailer, which then hit a utility pole.

The driver of the SUV was killed along with a six-year-old child.

Another six-year-old and a nine year old were also injured.

They are all from Indiana.

Another woman in the SUV and the driver of the 18 wheeler were also injured in the crash.

The wreck happened on Highway 111 on top of the mountain near the Truck Stop.
