Two New Restaurants Take Steps Toward Their Chattanooga Openings

Puckett’s Grocery and Restaurant is coming to the old location at TGIF next to the Aquarium.

Owners say they are nearing completion of the location.

They are announcing a two day job fair this week where they will hire more than 80 people.

It is at the Hilton Garden Inn on Chestnut Street Wednesday and Thursday, 10AM to 7PM.

Available positions include bartenders, servers, hosts, line cooks, bussers, dishwashers and more.

Puckett’s operates several restaurant, grocery, music hybrid locations in the Nashville area.

They hope to open their Chattanooga location sometime in August.

The Feed Co. Table & Tavern is scheduled to open up on Main Street on August 4th.

It is the collaboration betweeen Miguel Morales and Chef Charlie Loomis of 1885 Grill in St. Elmo and Dustin Choate of Tremont Tavern.

They plant to combine classic burgers (Tremont influence) with traditional Southern flavors (1885 Grill).

The new restaurant will hold a media preview this week.
