Tyner Beats Rival Howard to Stay Unbeaten in District Play
Chattanooga-(WDEF) The Tyner Rams remained number six in the latest high school basketball poll for Class AA. And Tyner looked like one of the state’s top teams
on Monday as they beat rival Howard 59-40.
The Rams Kevin Cameron hit a three at the first quarter buzzer to give Tyner an 18-8 lead after one quarter.
Cameron also added an alley-oop jam in the second quarter as Tyner led by 13 at the half.
With the win, Tyner improves to 17-1 overall and 8-0 in district play.
