Update on Graffiti Cleanup at Cleveland Greenway

Cleveland, TN (WDEF) –  Cleveland Mayor, Tom Roland, says the graffiti on the Green way must stop and vandals must be caught.

That’s why he, along with other council members are now offering a reward.
