Update on Javario Eagle Police Shooting
Chattanooga (WDEF) – We have an update on the investigation of a police shooting in Chattanooga.
Officers shot and killed Javario Eagle in the Emma Wheeler Homes in December, after he was waving a weapon and threatening a child.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case for Chattanooga.
They have now completed their investigation and turned it over to the District Attorney’s office.
Attorney General Neal Pinkston will now review their findings over the next two to three weeks.
