Update: Shooting Near Highway 58

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)- Two people got arrested for a shooting near Highway 58 that could have been deadly.

Police got the call of shots fired in  the 5000 block of Oakhill Road.

Witnesses say two suspects left in a vehicle.

Police later found them at a home on Swan road, and after an investigation they were arrested.

One victim suffered a minor injury in the incident.

Another man was not hurt, but actually was almost hit by gunfire.

It happened when a bullet ricocheted off a pole outside a local grocery store and grazed him.

19-year old Rashad C. Davis and 20-year old Christopher Green after facing charges of aggravated assault and attempted 1st degree murder.
