UTC investigating reports of non-student exposing himself on campus

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – UTC has warned students of an investigation going on into reports of inappropriate behavior.

Here is the email they sent out:

Police are investigating a report of a male suspect who approached a female student and lowered his pants revealing his underwear.

The suspect is a 19-year-old male with dark hair and dark complexion. He is reported to be of Middle Eastern descent and goes by the name “Matt.” He is 5 ft 11 in, 185 pounds with a muscular build.

He is not a student and reportedly drives a blue or black Honda Civic.

If you know this suspect or see him on campus, contact UTC Police immediately at 423-425-4357.

Accusers say the young man posted a video of the incident on Twitter, but has since taken it down.
