Volkswagen announces ID.4 price
Lowest option starts at $37,495
GERMANY (WDEF) – We knew they are hitting dealers this fall and they are now rolling off the Chattanooga assembly lines.
Now we know how much the new ID.4 will actually cost.
Volkswagen on Thursday announced the MSRP will start at $37,495. It also qualifies for a potential Federal tax credit of up to $7,500.
The ID.4 is an all-electric SUV.
The ID.4 is offered in three trim levels: Standard/Pro, S & S Plus.
You will have an option on the size of the battery plus either rear-wheel or all-wheel drive.
The cheapest version is the ID.4 Standard. It comes with the smaller battery with an estimated range of 208 miles based on EPA testing.
The ID.4 Pro has the larger battery with a 275 mile range.
The ID.4 AWD Pro adds an asynchronous motor to the front axle for more horsepower and a range of 255 miles.
