Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux comes to Chattanooga
Sports & Cajun restaurant coming next Monday to Broad Street near the Aquarium
CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – It may seem strange timing, but a new Sports-themed restaurant is opening in Chattanooga the day after the Super Bowl.
Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux is opening their first Chattanooga location near the Aquarium on Monday, February 14.
They may have missed the Super Bowl, but they are just in time for Valentine’s Day.
The new chain comes from Baton Rouge and features both Cajun and American Cuisine.
It is named for the founder Brandon Landry.
He was a walk-on basketball player at LSU.
Saints legend Drew Brees is also a co-owner.
The restaurant is opening at 224 Broad Street.
They say the menu features upscale takes on Cajun dishes like Crawfish Etouffee, Duck & Andouille Gumbo plus a Krispy Kreme Donut Bread Pudding.
