Wastewater Treatment plant runs into Hamilton Co. Commission trouble

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – The Hamilton County Commission has some advice for the Wastewater Treatment Authority—give everybody some warning before you ask for approval.

There was an overflow crowd as the WWTA asked for funds for land, where a new sewage treatment plant would be built.
