Dalton, GA (WDEF) – Vice President Harris delivers remarks from the Qcells facility in Dalton, Georgia. The plant recently announced plans to spend $2.5 billion dollars to build a new plant and expand the existing facility in Dalton. This expansion is expected to bring 2,500 jobs to the state by 2024.
