BLOUNTVILLE, Tennessee (WDEF) – Megan Boswell is schedule to be arraigned Friday morning in Sullivan County Criminal Court.

She is accused of murdering her infant daughter Evelyn Boswell, who was the subject of a confusing Amber Alert earlier this year from northeast Tennessee.

The hearing is scheduled to begin at 9 AM.
