Weldon Drive arrest warrant leads to seizure of marijuana and $14,000 in cash

EAST RIDGE — The East Ridge Police Department (ERPD) says they have served an arrest warrant on Weldon Drive, which led to the seizure of marijuana, scales, cash and more on March 3.

They say officers located items indicating the resale of marijuana and THC vape cartridges.

The ERPD seized three cases of vape cartridges (150 ct each), approximately 150 grams of marijuana in California packaging, packaging materials, scales, and $14,000 in cash.

They say the suspect had fled from officers on March 2, driving in excess of 100 mph into on coming traffic on Ringgold Road.

The arrest warrant served March 3 stemmed from that case.
