Wife charged 7 years after her husband was gunned down

OAK RIDGE, Tennessee (WDEF) – Seven years after a man was fatally shot in Oak Ridge, investigators have now charged his wife with shooting him.

In December of 2014, 29 year old Thomas Steven Thrasher Jr. was shot and killed inside his apartment.

The TBI joined the investigation with Oak Ridge Police.

They determined that his wife was a person of interest.

A grand jury indicted Samantha Anne Hendley with First Degree Murder last week.

She was arrested and booked this morning.
