Woman Charged with Forging Judge’s Signature

Athens, TN (WDEF) – A McMinn County Grand Jury has indicted a Cleveland woman for forgery.

Investigators claim that 34 year old Carrie Beth Sullivan fabricated a court document during a civil lawsuit in July by forging the signature of a circuit court judge.

She was arrested today by McMinn County officers.
