Woman extricated from 2 vehicle crash in Soddy Daisy

SODDY DAISY, Tennessee (WDEF) – A viewer caught video of a wreck in downtown Soddy Daisy Tuesday evening.

It happened on Dayton Pike and Mountain Road in front of the Dollar General around 5 PM.

Two vehicles collided and an S-U-V flipped on its side.

Soddy Daisy rescuers had to cut a woman from her vehicle.

She was taken to the hospital but we do not know how seriously she was injured at this time.
