Woman killed in foggy crash this morning on Sand Mountain
DADE COUNTY, Georgia (WDEF) – A woman was killed in a crash during foggy conditions this morning on Sand Mountain.
It happened on Brow Road in Dade County around 9:45 AM.
The Georgia State Patrol says a wamon was driving too fast on a wet, curvy road in the dense fog.
Investigators say she lost control of her Ford Escape and hit a tree.
The driver, Karen Register, was killed.
