Woman who accused a Cleveland officer of rape indicted for false report

TBI agents arrested her after that.

Officials with the District Attorney’s Office say Minor went to the hospital on August 7th and reported she’s been sexually assaulted by Cleveland Police Officer Carlton Walls in Sevier County.

Both Bradley County and Sevier County investigated along with the TBI.

Both counties’ D.A. offices reviewed the findings, and asked the TBI to present to the Grand Jury.

Minor’s bond was set at $5,000 pending her appearance in Criminal Court for Bradley County.
