Chatsworth man sent to prison for life after his second child molestation conviction
CHATSWORTH, Georgia (WDEF) – A prosecutor in northwest Georgia says a dangerous child predator will now die in prison.
55 year old David Lavan Eads was sentenced to three consecutive life sentences Thursday afternoon.
The sentencing followed a guilty verdict by a Murray County jury against Eads in the aggravated sexual molestation of a young girl at his house.
It only took them about 20 minutes to reach the verdict.
Eads served ten years on a previous child molestation case in 1988.
