17 Mocs Earn Degrees at Commencement Saturday
(GOMOCS.COM) The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga held its fall Commencement Ceremonies at the McKenzie Arena today. A total of 17 student-athletes capped off their academic careers by walking across the stage to receive their diplomas.
Cross Country/Track & Field’s Madalyn Garland (Secondary English), women’s golf’s Isabella Loza (Finance) and volleyball’s Catherine Chason (Early Childhood Education) are all Latin Honors Candidates. Of the 17, 11 won at least one Southern Conference in their careers. There are two All-Americans in the group and eight earned All-SoCon recognition.
