22-year-old reported missing

The Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) is asking locals to keep an eye out for missing 22-year-old Elysia Kinsellas.
She was last seen on June 26, 2026 in the Hooker Road area. Elysia’s family says it’s unlike her to go this long without contacting them.
Elysia is described as a 4’9″ Hispanic woman with hazel eyes and brown hair, which has also been pink like in the recent photo below.
She has multiple facial piercings and tattoos on her arms and legs, including hearts under her eyes, “I love you” written in blue cursive and a red lily on her left forearm.
