Shooting at the 7800 Block of Hancock Drive

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)-  Earlier this evening officers with the Chattanooga Police were called to a local hospital after a party showed up with injuries indicative of a gunshot wound.

The victim was not fataly wounded when arriving at the hospital and was fully responsive.

He then told officials that he and a friend walking around southbound on Hancock Drive when a suspect shot him in a drive by.

There is no person of interest at this time, but the vehicle is described as a large SUV.
