96 Angels still need picked from the Angel tree

CHATTANOOGA Tennessee (WDEF)- 96 Angels still need to be adopted in the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree.

There are only a few days left to adopt an angel.
Even though there is not as high of a need as last year during the pandemic, Major Mark Smith says the Salvation Army and the Hamilton County community have still served thousands this year.
“This is a very generous and helpful community and they come through every year. To see the joy that the people have taken part in this and then the joy that the people have they get the gifts, it’s an amazing thing. I’m a blessed person to be part of all that.”
He also wants to remind people to help out with the Salvation Army Red Kettle fund.
The Battle of the Bells with the Salvation Army is December 17th
