Former school nurse arrested on drug charges

JACKSBORO, Tennessee (WDEF) – A former school nurse in the Campbell County school system has been indicted.

56 year old Sherry Lancaster faces charges of Obtaining Drugs by Fraud and Theft.

TBI agents were called in to investigate the case last December.

Investigators say she used her position to steal prescription medications from students.

She was formally arrested on Friday.
