HES pitches new animal facility to Hamilton County

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Supporters of the Humane Education Society packed the county commission chambers on Wednesday, showing their support for a new shelter.

They are asking for a $10 million dollar facility to replace their old and crumbling structure where they care for Hamilton County animals.
