Grundy County arrests suspect in November murder

ALTAMONT, Tennessee (WDEF) – The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a suspect in a November murder.

The body of Scottie Dewayne Tate from Palmer was found on Anderson Road on November 20th.

After a joint investigation with the TBI, they have arrested Derrick Earl Anderson.

They have charged him with first degree murder.
