Two People Reported Seriously Injured After Saturday Morning Car Crash on Highway 27

Georgia State Patrol say that two people were injured in car crash Saturday morning on Highway 27 in Walker County.

Officials say the crash happened just before 9:30 AM.

A Ford F150 allegedly hit two people on a moped.

Both people were transported to Erlanger  Medical Center in Chattanooga with serious injuries.

The investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
