Police investigate death of ATV driver near creek

TRION, Georgia (WDEF) – Trion Police are investigating the death of a man who never came home from an ATV run on Wednesday night.

Family members say 35 year old Joshua Lee Brown headed out to a convenience store and never returned.

On Thursday, they found his body in a field next to a creek.  The ATV was flipped in the middle of the water.

Police could not immediately tell how he died so they have sent the body to the GBI Crime Lab.
