Hamilton Co. Investigates Remains Found in Trailer Fire
Firefighters are investigating a blaze that killed one person early this morning.
This was the scene in the 23-hundred block of Suck Creek Road.
A fire started inside this trailer around 7 this morning.
Human remains were found inside, but they have not been identified.
We’re told propane and other chemicals made the fire harder to control.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was also called in to investigate.
Spokesperson Janice Atkinson says "when they were able to knock down the flames down enough to start looking around, they did find what appears to be human remains inside the trailer..right now the investigation has been initiated in the cause of the fire."
