CPD makes multiple arrests, citations over holiday weekend
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — The Chattanooga Police Department made notice of the crime that took place over the Memorial Day weekend. Specifically, they mentioned their activity for that Friday.
CPD said that on Friday alone, they arrested four people for DUIs. Chattanooga Police also cited 62 people with moving citations, including reckless driving and speeding.
Two felony arrests happened on that Friday. They arrested two people for gun-related crimes as well, one of which was stolen.
The police department also said they cited and towed several motorcycles and cars for violating noise ordinances.
