Victim dies from early morning shooting in Avondale

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police are investigating a fatal shooting before dawn this morning.

The victim showed up at the hospital with a gunshot wound and died from his injury.

Police identify the victim as 24 year old Cordarrius Bailey.

They say the shooting happened around 5:30 AM at 962 North Orchard Knob Avenue.

Police have not arrested any suspects at this time.
