TDOT Road Update

District 27 (Cookeville & Crossville) – I-40 has snow flurries – roadway surface has accumulating snow on the Cumberland Plateau and wet with light snow on Monterey Mountain. Roads in district either clear or wet with light snow. Crews either on standby and monitoring roadways or salting where needed.

District 28 (Dunlap & Tullahoma) – I-24 in Monteagle has accumulating snow. I-24 in Manchester has patches of snow and ice. Crews are salting and plowing throughout the district.

District 29 (Chattanooga) – About 5” of snow in Hamilton County. Interstates are passable. I-24 in Hamilton County and I-75 in Hamilton, Bradley and McMinn counties have snow. Crews are salting and plowing in the entire district.
