Cortez Simms To Be Tried As An Adult
Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) The Chattanooga teenager accused in a quadruple shooting will be tried as an adult.
Police say 17-year-old Cortez Sims killed a young woman, and shot a baby, and two others.
The shootings happened in the College Hill Courts community on January 7th.
Sims faces charges of first-degree murder, three counts of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and unlawful possession of a firearm.
