Man's vehicle spotted in Chattanooga a month after his disappearance
CARROLLTON, Ga. (WDEF) – The police department in Carrollton, Georgia is hoping that Chattanoogans can help them solve a cold case.
Brian Wehrle disappeared 14 years ago, and authorities suspect foul play was involved.
He was last seen at his parent’s home in Carrollton.
However, his 1992 Buick LeSabre was found a month and a half later in Chattanooga, in the Judson Lane/North Chamberlain area.
Investigators say the missing man had no ties to the Chattanooga area that they know of.
But they are hoping someone here might be able to help them with their case.
Billboards are going up around town on the case, paid for by his family.
The Greater Atlanta Crime Stoppers are offering a $2,000 reward as well.
