Mocs Will Wade Turns Down UNC Charlotte Job According to CBSSports.com
Mocs basketball coach Will Wade is no longer a candidate for the head coaching job at UNC Charlotte.
According to CBSSports.com, Wade interviewed for the 49er’s job on Thursday, but later decided to pass on the opportunity.
CBS Sports also stated that Charlotte identified Wade as their top candidate long before they fired their previous head coach.
Wade has coached at Chattanooga the last two seasons, where he has won forty games.
