Fall 2023 festivals and events around Chattanooga

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — The first day of fall was September 23, and that means all things autumn have returned. Specifically, it is now time for fall festivals and other fall events.

Here are some of the upcoming events and other things to do around the Chattanooga area for this fall season.

EVENTS:

October

  • ODDtober lasts the entire month of October.
  • Station 5 Code Red Challenge escape room, from 3 to 10 p.m. CST on Fridays and Saturdays in October. At 24467 Al. Highway 71, Flat Rock, Alabama.
  • Scary Special Night from 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at 7th Gate Haunted House.
  • Salvation Army/Echelon Halloween Party, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Honey Seed in Chattanooga.

  • Jeep & Treat AJCP from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Mountain View Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
  • Trunk or Treat from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Old Rugged Cross Baptist.
  • Trunk or Treat from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church.
  • Trunk or Treat from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Hickory Valley Christian Church.
  • Fall Festival from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at East Hamilton Middle School.
  • Pikeville Historic Ghost Tour, at 6 p.m. or 8 p.m., in Downtown Pikeville, TN.
  • Woodstation Baptist Church Annual Fall Festival, starting at 3 p.m.
  • Bessie’s Halloween Bash from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bessie Smith Cultural Center Lawn.
  • International Market: Dia de los Santos, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Patten Square.
  • Seed Theater Zombie Walk at 3 p.m. from Bessie Smith Cultural Center to Miller Park.
  • Thriller at Miller at 4 p.m. at Miller Park.
  • Fall Family Fest Block Party from 5 to 9 p.m. at 5704 Marlin Road in Chattanooga.
