Hope Included awarded grant for new inclusive playground

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Local Nonprofit “Hope Included” has been awarded $500,000 in grant money to redevelop Riverview Park.

Hope Included gives members of the community access to everything that makes them love where they live and do what they love.

Hope Included is one of seven organizations across Tennessee that received this funding. 

“This is gonna be, sort of, where we continue to teach people about our mission, and learn of other projects that we can help in the community. As well as give everyone who supported us for these past years this date when they are going to have playground,” said Nicolle McCoy, Founder of Hope Included.

Construction for the new playground will begin early March 2024 and is expected to be completed by late June.
