Man charged with trashing cop car & he sure seems happy about it

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – Chattanooga police arrested a man this weekend for attacking one of their squad cars, and then turning his wrath on officers.
Witnesses reported that Raymond Lounds was throwing a large rock through the back windshield of the car on Saturday afternoon.
He then tried to bust through the front windshield.
Officers say when they arrested him, Lounds got aggressive.
They say he threatened them while spitting on the patrol partition while being transported.
And when they got to the jail, he spit in an officer’s face.
Lounds faces charges of vandalism, malicious mischief and assault.
But he sure takes a handsome mug shot.
