Juvenile Shot and Killed in East Ridge

EAST RIDGE, TN (WDEF) – A juvenile was shot and killed in East Ridge on Tuesday. (11/21/23)

East Ridge officers arrived on Connell Street to find a boy shot in the leg.

They immediately began administering first aid.

The boy was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

No official word yet who might have shot him.

East Ridge Police say their investigation is in the early stages, but they do not believe there are any continuing threats to the community.
