San Diego, CA (CBS) A river hippopotamus at the San Diego Zoo named Funani teaches her newborn calf how to swim in their enclosure.
The baby hippo is just a few days old and already has an online following.
Funani is 30 years old.
This is her fourth hippo born at the San Diego Zoo.
Keepers have not been able to get a close enough look to see if the baby is a boy or a girl.
Hippo calves weigh about 50 pounds at birth.
