Reported phone service outages Thursday morning

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Thursday morning, many customers of AT&T nationwide have reported experiencing cell service issues.

Customers reported on social media that around 4:30 AM their phones lost service or went into S.O.S. mode.

Many cannot make or receive calls and some say they are experiencing issues with texting.

News 12 has reached out to AT&T for comment and have not heard back.

Additionally, customers of Verizon and T-Mobile have stated on social media they are having service issues too.
