Former Cleveland police officer arrested for false reports
BRADLEY COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation conducted an investigation which led to the arrest of a former Cleveland Police Officer and current Airport Police Officer.
On Monday, at the request of 10th District Attorney Shari Tayloe, TBI agents investigated reports of threats made against current members of the Cleveland Police Department.
Their investigation led to information that Taylor Elexis Ryans was making threats and false reports, then drove to the Cleveland Police Department.
Ryans left the police department and was found in Chattanooga, where she was taken to a local hospital.
Upon release from the hospital, Ryans was arrested and charged with false report.
She is currently booked into the Bradley County Jail with no bond.
